By accessing or using p l a y d e e p, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Stop using the service if you do not agree.

Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum legal age applicable in your location. A parent or guardian may need to approve participation for a minor. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and do not create or coordinate multiple accounts to gain attempts or manipulate rankings.

Free skill-based entertainment

p l a y d e e p currently provides free skill-based games and tournaments for entertainment. It does not accept wagers, bets, stakes, paid entry fees or deposits. Leaderboard rank does not by itself create a right to cash or a prize.

Tournaments, scoring and fair play

Each event may have its own schedule, timer, attempt limit, scoring method, tie-break order and qualification standard. The information shown inside that tournament controls. Cheating, automation, bug exploitation, impersonation and coordinated manipulation are prohibited. Scores may be delayed, corrected or removed, and accounts may be restricted, when reasonably required to resolve errors, protect security or enforce fair play.

Sponsor offers

An eligible tournament finisher may occasionally see an optional sponsor discount code. It is promotional, may expire and is not cash, tournament entry consideration or a guaranteed prize. The sponsor controls its products, redemption conditions and fulfilment; review the sponsor's terms before using an offer.

Intellectual property

The p l a y d e e p name, software, game designs, graphics, text and other original content are owned by or licensed to p l a y d e e p and protected by applicable law. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service. Copying, scraping, modifying, reselling or commercially exploiting it without permission is prohibited.

Availability and limitation

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Features and tournaments may be changed, paused, rescheduled or cancelled for maintenance, safety, legal, technical or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to rights that applicable consumer law does not allow you to waive. We may revise these Terms and will update the effective date or provide notice where appropriate. Questions, complaints and legal notices can be sent to contact@playdeep.in.
