This policy explains how p l a y d e e p handles information used to provide accounts, games, tournaments, leaderboards, sponsor offers and support.

Information we may process

Depending on your use, this may include account identifiers, display name, authentication details, tournament attempts, game scores, completion times, leaderboard results, sponsor-offer interactions, device or diagnostic information and messages sent to support.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, operate and resume games and tournaments, calculate rankings, finalize qualifiers, limit repeated sponsor offers, detect abuse, secure and troubleshoot the service, respond to requests and improve p l a y d e e p.

Service providers, advertising and sharing

p l a y d e e p uses service providers including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Advertising or sponsor services may process cookies, device information or offer interactions when those features are enabled. We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be shared with providers that support authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, advertising, security or customer support, or when legally required.

Retention, security and children

Information is retained only as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain tournament integrity, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. The service is not intended for children below the minimum age permitted in their location, and parent or guardian involvement is required where applicable.

To ask about your information, request correction or deletion, withdraw an applicable consent, or raise a privacy complaint, email contact@playdeep.in. Some records may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.
